Warranty Policy
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All Ecoroad electric scooters come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery.
What Is Covered
Frame and structural components: 12 months. Motor and electrical system: 12 months. Controller and display: 12 months. Battery: 6 months (batteries naturally degrade over time with use). Charger and accessories: 3 months.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear including tires, brake pads, grips, and cosmetic damage. Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Water damage from submersion or use in heavy rain beyond the IP rating. Improper assembly or maintenance. Commercial use beyond standard commuting.
How to Claim
Email support@ecoroad-uk.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos or videos showing the problem if possible. Our support team will assess your claim within 48 hours and advise on next steps.
Repair or Replacement
Depending on the issue, we will either ship replacement parts with instructions for self-repair, arrange collection for workshop repair, or provide a replacement unit. We cover all shipping costs for warranty claims.
Battery Care Tips
To maximize battery life, avoid completely draining the battery. Store at 40-80 percent charge if not using for extended periods. Charge at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.

Activate your warranty by registering at ecoroad-uk.co.uk/warranty within 14 days of purchase. Registration is not required but helps us serve you faster.
