We want you to love your Ecoroad scooter. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Return Conditions
Product must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Scooters should have less than 25 km of use. If the product shows excessive wear, a restocking fee of up to 15 percent may apply.
How to Return
Email support@ecoroad-uk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label. Package the item in its original box and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2-3 business days after delivery), your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different model? Return your current scooter following the steps above, and place a new order for the model you want. We will expedite shipping on your exchange order.
Faulty Products
If your scooter has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair under warranty at no cost to you. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
Accessories Returns
Accessories must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Due to hygiene reasons, helmets can only be returned if unopened.
