Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is final.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping is free for UK customers — we provide a prepaid return label.
Warranty
All Ecoroad electric scooters come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering the frame, motor, and electrical system. The battery is covered for 6 months. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Ecoroad-UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
