Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to every UK address — no minimum spend required. Whether you are in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, or Belfast, shipping is on us.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days. Most orders arrive within 3 days. Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at checkout for a small fee). Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch.
Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your delivery in real-time through our courier portal.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We also ship to Isle of Man.
Packaging
All scooters are shipped in reinforced boxes with foam padding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions. Most couriers will attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot for collection.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@ecoroad-uk.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
